Marinate the Chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder and turmeric. Pour some Lemon Juice and Sesame Oil over it. Toss to combine everything and keep it in a large bowl, wrapped with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
In a mixing jar, combine Lemon Juice, Chicken Broth, Olive Oil, Melted Butter, Minced Garlic, Turmeric, Salt & Pepper. Whisk until combined and keep it aside.
Air Fry the Chicken. Place them in the Air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes @350F or 180C. Toss midways after 7 minutes.
After the Chicken gets crispy, get them out in a bowl. Pour the Lemon sauce over it. Garnish with chopped parsley, lemon zest, lemon wedges and serve immediately.

Turmeric is only for color. Restaurants use Yellow color however, I have used organic turmeric. However, you can skip it.
I have not simmered the sauce. However, if you want, you can simmer the sauce over low heat until it thickens and then pour over the chicken
Since this is a Keto recipe, so I have skipped breading the Chicken. For non - keto version, dip the chicken pieces in beaten egg and then coat in Cornstarch and salt mixture and then Air Fry or Deep fry them
Also, since this is a Low Carb and Keto Recipe, hence the sauce lacks sweetness. You can add Keto sweetener or Maple or honey if you wish to.
You can cook broccoli along with Chicken in the Air fryer and serve it as well.
