1tablespoonCracked Black Pepper (Kuti hui Kali Mirch)
1teaspoonBaking Soda
1cupFlour (Maida)
3cupsVegetable Oil for deep frying

INSTRUCTIONS
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl. Add Jaggery (or sugar), Ground Cinnamon, Ground Nutmeg, Cracked Black Pepper, and Fennel Seeds in it. Stir until combined.
Sieve Baking Soda and Flour in the bowl. Stir until combined. Do not overmix.
Heat oil in a deep wok. As the oil shimmers, pick up the Banana fritter batter using a tablespoon or an ice cream scooper. Scoop out a small portion of the batter and place them in hot oil. Do not crowd the wok. Fry at least 4-5 Banana fritters at once. Fry on high heat until golden brown on all sides
Serve these Banana Fritters hot.
