Salmon Pasta in Creamy Cajun Sauce is an easy and healthy Salmon Pasta recipe. This easy and delicious Salmon Pasta makes for a perfect family dinner recipe.
Bring a pot of water to boil with some salt and olive oil. As the water boils, add the pasta and cook until al dente. After the Pasta cooks, reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water and drain the rest.
Toss Fish with salt & pepper. Heat Canola Oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers, add the fish and fry until golden brown on both sides. Once fried, take them off the pan. (Do not discard the remaining oil). Cut the Salmon filet into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
Now, add some minced garlic clove to the remaining oil. Saute until fragrant. Next, add the remaining pasta cooking water and heavy cream. Also, add the Cajun seasoning, salt & pepper. Stir until combined.
Add the pasta and stir in the Salmon pieces. Toss until combined.
Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped dill leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!

Do not overcook salmon or else it might stick to the pan. Just sear for 2-minutes on medium-high heat.
You can choose any pasta as per your choice.
In case you don't like cajun seasoning you can avoid that.
You can also replace cajun seasoning with smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
