Cook Fettuccine Pasta
Cook Fettuccine Pasta: Heat a pot of water over medium-high heat. As the water comes to a boil, add Fettuccine pasta and some salt. Cook as per package directions.
Dredge Chicken: Coat Chicken in Oil, Salt, and Pepper. Dredge each chicken chunk in flour.
Sear Chicken: Heat oil in a pan. You can also use some butter with oil for a rich taste. As the oil shimmers, add chicken chunks and sear both sides until crispy and golden brown. Once done, take them out of the pan and place them on a paper towel.
Make Alfredo Sauce: In a pan add butter and flour. Stir lightly on medium-low heat until the flour smells good but doesn't turn dark brown. Add minced garlic and stir well until the garlic smells good about 1-minute.Now add heavy cream, Salt, and pepper. Stir well until combined.Add in Dijon Mustard and Chicken Broth to the pan. Stir well until combined. Take it off the heat. Finally, add in some grated Parmesan Cheese and squeeze lemon juice. Stir well until the cheese melts.
Now add in Crispy golden Chicken Chunks and Fettuccine pasta. Stir well and serve with some freshly chopped parsley.
