Love Buttermilk biscuits? Well, time to turn it into something better. These Baked Buttermilk biscuits are arranged in the form of a wreath with a cheesy spinach dip in the center. This is truly one of the best Appetizers ever.
Preheat Oven to 350F OR 180C and grease a circular baking tray or an Oven-Proof Skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Keep Aside.In a large mixing bowl combine All-Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cold Unsalted Butter cut into small cubes, and Buttermilk. Use a pastry blender to cut the cold butter cubes and mix them with your dough. Lastly, use your hands to combine everything together and make a soft and pliable dough.
Flour the surface and place the dough on the surface. Do not use a rolling pin. Flatten the dough with your hands so that it is about 3/4 inches thick on the edges. Use a circular biscuit cutter to cut out small biscuits. Place them on a baking sheet greased with non-stick cooking spray. Place them in the form of a circle. Do not keep a ½gap between them. Keep them stuck to each other.
In a bowl take some freshly chopped spinach. Into that add Cream Cheese, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Freshly Cracked Black pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, and Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Mix well until combined.
Pour the dip in the center of the wreath/ring. Sprinkle Some more shredded Mozzarella cheese on the dip. Brush buttermilk on the biscuits and bake it in a preheated oven at 350F for 20-minutes.After 20-minutes if the top is not browned then put it on broil for an additional 2-minutes.All ovens work differently, so check at the 15-minute mark and then again at the 18-minute mark. Garnish with Freshly Chopped Cilantro and Serve Hot.

To Make Homemade Buttermilk - Just mix 1/2 cup of milk with 1 tablespoon of White Vinegar or Lime Juice. Stir lightly and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes and then you have your homemade buttermilk ready.
